Annual Compensation:

$54,080 - 74,880 per year. This range is inclusive of night and weekend shift differential as well as incentive shift pay when working sEEG shifts, precepting, and when filling Shift Coordinator roles. Additional incentive pay available!

The Position

Status: ON HOLD: will accept resumes for future hiring opportunities!

FLSA Status: Full-Time Salaried, Exempt

Needs: Looking to fill 10 full-time positions (32-40 hours per week). A variety of schedule options are available (6a-6a Eastern Time), inclusive of a combination of 4-hour, 8-hour, and 12-hour shifts.

FT employees are required to work at least 1 weekend day (either Saturday or Sunday).

The role of the Remote LTM Analyst is to monitor patients’ brainwaves continuously via secure remote connection to EEG machines at patient bedsides in hospitals across the country. The Remote LTM Analyst will detect EEG abnormalities and must be able to notify interpreting physicians of the data. Analysts are also expected to annotate and clip studies, create technical reports, complete safety huddles, and perform all other duties as assigned. **This position also requires on-call hours in addition to a consistent monitoring schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience in adult/pediatric/neonatal EEG patterns – both normal and abnormal

  • Able to decipher artifacts from cortical activity

  • Able to work onsite and from home independently without distraction

  • Able to document appropriately to meet industry standards, ACNS EEG Terminology, CPT coding requirements, and company and facility policies

  • Skilled with computers and other basic technology, inclusive of EEG equipment

  • Able to multi-task and grasp new facility protocols quickly

  • Maintains professional behavior with onsite hospital clinicians/staff as well as fellow Remote LTM EEG Analysts

  • Demonstrates competency with medical terminology and remains up-to-date with the latest ACNS guidelines, including EEG terminology

  • Responsive and prompt in completing new facility credentialing, training, and other on-going administrative requirements

Job Requirements

  • Must be ABRET board certified (R.EEGT)

  • Required to obtain certification in CLTM within 2 years of hire

  • Must pass competency and skills assessment given by company

  • All employees are required to work at least one night and/or one weekend shift.

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of LTM cEEG experience in both the ICU/EMU settings for adult and pediatric patients

  • Intracranial cEEG and SEEG experience preferred

  • Must have valid CPR/BLS certification

  • Must show proof of up-to-date vaccinations and they must be readily available

  • Must show proof of high school transcript/diploma/GED

  • Must produce negative drug screen

  • Must show proof of a HIPAA-compliant work area

  • Must have reliable cell phone and internet coverage upgradeable to company requirements

  • Knowledge of various EEG equipment is preferred

  • Must be a team player, understanding of the dynamic nature of inpatient cEEG monitoring needs
