NGN Quality
We’re clinicians by trade, so delivering quality patient care is at the very heart of everything we do. Effective communication with our partners and coordination of care are critical.
Guided by the six domains of healthcare quality, we are committed to providing safe and effective, patient-centered care in the most timely, efficient, and equitable manner. We set and track quality metrics to attain quarterly quality goals. We perform regular safety huddles with representatives from all aspects of our organization, including:

We meet quarterly with our facilities to share data and insights, and track progress against our established goals. We develop these measures and metrics based on The Joint Commission standards and tailor them to our partner’s goals for quality patient-centered care, effective communication, and other technical components.
We gather the measurements and derive insights from the technical work that our Remote LTM EEG Analysts perform daily, such as timeliness, the accuracy of report writing, and interactions between them and other involved care providers. We measure and display each metric against a benchmark scale, based on facility standards and our own company-wide metrics.
