Helping Employees During COVID-19

Next Gen Neuro was developed with the desire to create a workplace where trust and transparency are valued in all interactions. We strive every day to create a safe environment for our employees to share challenges and opportunities from their perspectives. NGN is taking extra measures to ensure employees are considered, respected and appreciated during this pandemic.

The Next Gen Leadership Team has committed to the support of our team by finding ways to safeguard their health and well-being through the development of policies and programs to support them through this devastating time. We successfully implemented two of these policies at the end of March and are finalizing a third policy that will aid employees during any time of hardship.  These policies and benefits have been extended to all our employees, including those who fill per diem positions. 

PRN Clinical Staff COVID-19 Special Project Policy

Through this policy we have offered our PRN employees the opportunity to shift gears to contribute differently in replacement of hours they may have typically worked to cover currently restricted elective patient care.  The work they are contributing aligns directly with our belief in the value of providing all our team members with the tools and resources to grow their knowledge and expertise in brainwave monitoring at the highest levels.

COVID-19 Paid Leave Policy

COVID-19 has changed lives, locally, nationally and internationally. NGN has made the choice, in the best interest of our employees, to opt in for the COVID-19 paid leave policy.

Employee Hardship Policy

Our NGN Leadership team is also working to implement a broader, permanent policy to help our employees during any time of great hardship. Life happens, and we want our team to know we are there for them during the most challenging times.
